Fourth-year starter at USC with 10 years of Rugby experience.  Serving as incoming team President after serving as Vice President his Junior year. Measures at 5'9" and 195 pounds.  A broad, stalky playmaker who has a particular skillset for the scrum and pod play.  Plays in the front row, focusing on lineout throws and scrum work.  Aims for a National Championship in the 2025-26 Season.

2024 (Junior)

Vice-President and A-side starter at Hooker in every match, anchoring the scrum and delivering consistent scrum steals.  Achieved Scholastic All-American Honors.

2023 (Sophomore)

​Started all A-side matches at Hooker, scoring tries against Belmont Abbey and Georgia. Achieved Scholastic All-American Honors.

2022 (Freshman)
Started as a true Freshman against Georgia. Missed time due to a mid-season shoulder injury. Played meaningful minutes in a Palmetto Cup win against Clemson, a loss to Tennessee in the SCRC final, and a loss to Louisville in the NCR 15s Playoffs.

HIGH SCHOOL

Graduated from Staples High School in Westport, Conn. Started at Hooker as a Junior and Senior. Senior year team was ranked #5 nationally and won the Connecticut State Championship, with Edwards as Captain. Junior Year team was ranked #7 nationally. Received All-State Rugby Honors in both years.  2 Year Varsity Starter and Captain in Football, 2 Year Varisty Starter in Wrestling with All-County Honors Senior Year.

Jack Edwards was born May 29, 2004. Majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
