The Carolina Rugby Foundation is the fundraising and governance body supporting the SC Men’s Rugby Football Club. Donations and contributions to the Frazier Coaching, Student Experiences and Scholarship funds are processed through the University of South Carolina Office of Gift Processing and are tax deductible to the extent as allowed by law. Please check to see if your employer will match your gift.
Your support directly enhances the student-athlete experience by ensuring safe and reliable transportation to away games, clean and secure hotel accommodations, and nutritious meals while traveling. Donations also help provide essential team needs such as equipment, balls, and gear. Every contribution plays a vital role in supporting our students both on and off the field and allows them to compete, travel, and grow in a safe and positive environment.
Named in honor of club founder and our first coach Sandy Frazier who passed away June 17, 2024. Your gift supports funding for our head coach's salary and stipends for assistant coaches.
The Jeffrey S. Smolka Endowed Scholarship program, which was founded in 2015, has provided financial assistance to dozens of Carolina Rugby Players. We want to expand and support this program as it is a valuable recruiting tool.
